Job summary

Scorpion is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will translate client objectives into strategic, results-driven marketing initiatives across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and other digital channels.

You will ensure the successful execution of campaigns that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
• Proven upselling and growth of client accounts.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand needs, and deliver results.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, social media, and content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvements across SEO, PPC, and social KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Directors, SEO specialists, paid ads experts, social media managers, and writers.
• Manage client budgets to achieve campaign ROI.
