Job summary

Regal Rexnord Internship Program in Milwaukee is a 11-week, full-time paid opportunity designed to build real-world marketing skills. You will work in a hybrid model, combining on-site collaboration at our Milwaukee HQ with remote days, focusing on content development, social media, asset management and campaign metrics.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across Marketing and Business groups, develop presentations, and contribute to brand initiatives while rotating through cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or related major.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various Marketing Projects.
• Develop Social Media content for RRX and key leaders.
• Assist with Digital Asset Management and material rationalization.

Work Model: Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Program Duration: June 2, 2027 - August 13, 2027 (~11 weeks)

Location: Milwaukee, WI HQ Internship Overview The Regal Rexnord Industrial Powertrain Systems Marketing Internship Program is a full-time, 11-week paid internship at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2027, with an opportunity to work part time during the Fall semester. Students must be able to work full-time at the Milwaukee location. The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands‑on assignment and to expose them to various groups across Marketing and the Business.

Over the course of 11 weeks, associates will complete work assignments and work projects to support Marketing initiatives such as social media, content development, Marketing asset management, brand development and campaign metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with various Marketing Projects
• Develop Social Media content for RRX and key leaders in the company
• Assist with Digital Asset Management system and rationalization of marketing materials
• Assist with content development for Powertrain and Perceptiv business teams
• Craft short-form and long-form content for content development team as needed
• Develop PowerPoint presentations as needed for marketing communications internally and externally
• Coordinate internal communications for leadership as required
• Analyze marketing campaign metrics

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or related major
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
