Regal Rexnord is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, events, and digital campaigns. You will help drive growth, ensure brand consistency, and support GTM initiatives across portfolios.

The role requires 4–6 years of marketing/event experience, strong content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize campaigns and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of marketing and event experience with B2B focus.
• Knowledge of buyer’s journey and digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute trade shows, customer events, EXPOs, and webinars.

Work Model

You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade show, event marketing, and digital marketing programs. This role helps drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives, ensures brand consistency across channels, and strengthens the company’s competitive positioning. The Marketing Specialist will support content creation, campaign execution, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing effectiveness and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute event activities related to tradeshows, customer events, EXPOs, and webinars.
• Develop high-quality content, ensuring brand identity and value propositions that align to the buyer’s journey and Regal Rexnord’s targeted markets.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for the business portfolio, covering market assessments, audience segmentation, and programs that prioritize pipeline or revenue growth.
• Coordinate vendor and agency relationships related to event planning, set-up, inventory, and on-site logistics.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and industry relevant content.
• Provide actionable insights, analysis, and recommendations into campaign and event performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to align, develop, and implement long and short-term initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of marketing and event experience to include an understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing.
• Working knowledge of the buyer’s journey, customer lifecycles, design best practices, and other social media and internet marketing best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and execute multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a KPI-focused approach to prioritizing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing national tradeshows preferred
• Experience developing and deploying B2B marketing campaigns
• Experience with Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, or other Marketing Automation platforms
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Recent marketing-related certifications and Master's degree or progress toward a Master's degree
