Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Marketing Intern for an 11-week, full-time paid program starting June 2027. The internship offers a hybrid work model (onsite at least 3 days/week, with up to 2 remote days) and exposure to multiple Marketing functions.

You will develop social media content, assist with digital asset management, and create PowerPoint presentations while gaining hands-on experience across branding, campaigns, and metrics.

Qualifications

Internship Overview

The Regal Rexnord Industrial Powertrain Systems Marketing Internship Program is a full-time, 11-week paid internship at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2027, with an opportunity to work part time during the Fall semester. Students must be able to work full-time at the Milwaukee location.

The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands‑on assignment and to expose them to various groups across Marketing and the Business. Over the course of 11 weeks, associates will complete work assignments and work projects to support Marketing initiatives such as social media, content development, Marketing asset management, brand development and campaign metrics.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities vary by business need and project, but may include:

• Assist with various Marketing Projects

• Assist with Digital Asset Management system and rationalization of marketing materials
• Assist with content development for Powertrain and Perceptiv business teams
• Craft short-form and long-form content for content development team as needed
• Develop PowerPoint presentations as needed for marketing communications internally and externally
• Coordinate internal communications for leadership as required
• Analyze marketing campaign metrics

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or related major
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
