Job summary

frog, part of Capgemini Invent, seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients go-to-market with data-driven, technology-enabled marketing organizations built for growth. You will lead workstreams within large transformation programs and deliver smaller engagements end-to-end, focusing on operating model design, activation, and execution.

You will collaborate with frog and Capgemini Invent teams across strategy, data, and technology to deliver integrated outcomes,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of consulting, digital services, or industry experience.
• Experience in marketing strategy and transformation.
• Ability to lead workstreams and deliver end-to-end engagements.
• Understanding of modern marketing ecosystems and MarTech.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing transformation engagements and own workstreams.
• Design marketing operating models, governance, and processes.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies and personalization.
• Translate client challenges into roadmaps and recommendations.
• Support MarTech strategy (Salesforce, Adobe).
• Define AI-enabled marketing use cases with data/tech teams.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, data, tech and execution.
