Job summary

Capgemini Invent (frog) seeks a Senior Manager in Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients design and implement data-driven, AI-enabled marketing organizations focused on growth. You will lead marketing transformation programs, partner across strategy, data and technology, and mentor a growing team in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

You’ll drive operating model design, MarTech enablement, and AI use cases while managing senior client relationships and shaping long-term growth

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital services, or industry roles.
• Experience in marketing strategy, marketing transformation, or customer engagement—ideally within a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements independently, end‑to‑end.
• Strong expertise in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, including MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Adobe), customer data, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience working across strategy, data, and technology teams.
• Strong consulting skillset, including structured problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing and developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of marketing transformation engagements.
• Designing marketing operating models, including organization structure, governance, processes, and ways of working.
• Developing data‑driven marketing strategies spanning segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle engagement.
• Translating client challenges into structured problem statements, transformation roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Supporting MarTech strategy and enablement (Salesforce, Adobe).
• Defining and operationalizing AI‑enabled marketing use cases with data and technology teams.
• Managing senior client relationships (Director to VP level) and building trust through delivery excellence.
• Leading cross‑functional teams to deliver strategy, data, technology, and execution solutions.
• Supporting proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Identifying and shaping account expansion opportunities to support long‑term growth.
• Manage and develop 2–4 direct reports through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Lead day‑to‑day team delivery and ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and capability development initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution of Marketing Strategy & Transformation offerings, thought leadership, and reusable assets.
