Greystar is seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy to collaborate with real estate operations leaders, client representatives, and marketing teams to craft comprehensive marketing playbooks and property-level strategies. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating marketing initiatives across a portfolio of properties to meet brand and financial targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, general business, or a related field.
5-7+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership position within a mid-to-large size services business or agency.
Strong process and project management skills with the ability to lead teams.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and develop marketing playbooks and property marketing strategies, timelines, and budgets.
Track marketing performance and identify trends or issues to adjust strategies.
Lead decisions on advertising spend to maximize ROI while staying within budget.
Develop and deliver training sessions to promote best practices with marketing tools and systems.
Collaborate across Greystar marketing teams to share best practices and support initiatives.
