Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy to partner with real estate operations leaders and client representatives to develop property marketing playbooks, plans, timelines, and budgets that align with brand priorities and financial targets.

The role leads cross-functional teams on performance tracking, trend analysis, and proactive adjustments to maximize outcomes and ROI, while delivering training sessions on marketing tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in marketing, communications, advertising, general business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership position within a mid-to-large services or agency environment.
• Experience in real estate property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with real estate operations leaders and marketing teams to create property marketing plans, timelines and budgets.
• Track marketing performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Lead initiatives to optimize advertising spend within budget and drive revenue.
