Job summary

DeLaval in Waunakee, Wisconsin is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Milking Systems to translate technical know-how into compelling market execution. You will support market development and portfolio growth across the U.S.

and Canada, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life for dealers and customers. This role requires strong written, verbal and presentation skills, a customer-focused, collaborative approach, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, agriculture, engineering or related field is desirable.
• Five years of relevant marketing, product support, sales support or related business experience.
• Experience in dairy or agriculture-based industry is preferred.
• Go-to-market experience supporting technical products through a dealer, distributor or field sales network is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing plans, product launches, promotions and campaigns for milking systems.
• Create and maintain product literature, sales tools, presentations, training materials and digital content.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Management, Technical, Service and other teams to provide product and market support.
• Gather customer, dealer, sales and competitive insights to identify needs and market opportunities.
• Coordinate training, marketing activities and communications that support product adoption and sales growth.
• Maintain accurate portfolio information and support assigned market development projects.
