Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Jacksonville to organize and execute marketing activities that support pursuit, communications, business development, and analytics. You will manage proposals, campaigns, and digital content, coordinating with teams to meet client needs and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience In The Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) Industry Preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and produce proposals, presentations, awards submittals, and other marketing assignments.
• Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs; outline criteria and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate marketing communications, digital content, events, and campaigns; travel as required.
• Collect and analyze market data and generate reports on market verticals and clients.
