The Haskell Company is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator in Jacksonville to support proposal production, public relations, and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with teams, review client needs, and help design and edit marketing content for both digital and print assets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration, or a technical field, and 0–3 years of related experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with editing ability.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Assist in coordinating production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing tasks.
• Review RFPs/RFQs and client needs to inform content.
• Outline criteria/responsibilities and identify assignments with deadlines.
• Coordinate proposal content and edit materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in designing/editing marketing documents (digital and print).
• Support analytics, reports, PR, advertising, and events as needed.
• Maintain project descriptions, resumes, subconsultants, contacts, and standard content in the group database.
