$26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Immediate need for a talented Marketing Specialist I. This is a 04+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $26 - $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

  • Client is seeking a Brand Engagement Specialist to support day to day proactive, reactive engagement and surprise & delight efforts on all brand social platforms.
  • The ideal candidate should be extremely detail oriented with a passion for social media.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:Proven experience in engaging with reactive and proactive social media community management.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently with a quick turnaround
  • Surprise and Delight knowledge and/or experience
  • Required Skills or Qualifications:
  • Passion for social media.
  • Min 1 year experience in community management or a related field, with a track record of successfully building and engaging online communities.
  • High proficiency in all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, etc
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging
  • to diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media monitoring and management tools, with a keen understanding of social media trends and best practices – experience with Sprinklr a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to identify moments on social media to create meaningful, personalized experiences that exceed expectations and build brand loyalty.
  • Desired Skills or Qualifications:
  • Ability to build and maintain brand's online community by initiating meaningful interactions and fostering brand love.
  • Experience monitoring all social media platforms to stay abreast on social trends.
  • Ability to promptly and proactively insert the brand in trending moments, and brand banter through engagement.
  • Pays attention to detail in all aspects of community management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging and interactions.
  • Skilled in tasks prioritization and understanding when to escalate issues and when to address them independently to maintain community satisfaction.
  • Systems, Tools, or Technologies:
  • Proficient in navigating all social media platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, LinkedIn)
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
