Job summary

Prologis in Milpitas is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the San Francisco Bay Area team by developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with customers, brokers, and the community.

This role partners with Market Officer, Leasing Team, Investment Officer, regional marketing, and Corporate Communications to deliver market-facing campaigns, events, communications, and branded materials. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience across a range of marketing functions.
• Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience.
• Ability to organize competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for key market audiences.
• Create branded materials and digital content (signage, brochures, emails, social media).
• Manage marketing initiatives across branding, Digital Property Marketing, and events.
• Plan and execute broker, customer, community, and internal events.
• Coordinate messaging with Corporate Communications and market leadership.
• Coordinate asset photography and marketing inventories.
• Manage market marketing budgets and project support across departments.
