Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist on a 06+ Months Contract, remote in the US. The role focuses on owning marketing calendars, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and driving operational planning.

Strong PM and operations background with familiarity in marketing tech is required. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in project management, proficiency with Outlook, Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, and InDesign, and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in project management and operations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and an independent thinker.
• Previous marketing operations experience preferred.
• Previous fashion retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and operational planning tools.
• Conduct daily maintenance of Outlook planners and Smartsheet reporting to ensure alignment with the operating model.
• Schedule Marketing & Creative team meetings and coordinate cross-functional meetings with brand stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and timing risks, and recommend solutions.
• Manage and maintain attendee documentation and ensure planners are up to date.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to drive calendar alignment on organizational priorities and executive milestones.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement by assessing operations to identify areas for efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc process documentation and project management support as needed.

Immediate need for a talented Marketing Specialist. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).
