A global staff augmentation firm is seeking an Associate for a 6-month contract to manage email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in editing HTML/XML and using SQL. Responsibilities include developing email strategies, optimizing campaigns through testing, and reporting metrics. The position offers a competitive pay range of $37.00 - $340.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals.
• Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.
• Build email campaigns and execute traffic‑driving efforts to support sales of devices.
• Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell‑through.
• Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.
• Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap.
• Produce creative assets in partnership with a dedicated design team.
• Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to the site via CMS.

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on‑device/mobile, and/or display.
• Writing customer‑facing copy that is on‑brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems and the ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
• 1+ years’ experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
• Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high‑level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, PivotTables, and other similar functionalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating with senior management.
• BA/BS required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large‑scale email marketing programs.
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.
