Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or related field.
• Bilingual preferred - English & Spanish.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with website CMS, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support company events, including planning, logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, materials, and follow-up.
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, meetings, presentations, and company activities.
• Maintain and update the company website, including content, announcements, team information, events, and other updates.
• Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials, presentations, brochures, communications, and other company collateral.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional company brand across website content, marketing materials, events, and communications.
• Assist with email communications, newsletters, announcements, and other internal or external marketing communications.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities as needed.
