Job summary

West Hills Tractor, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager with traditional, digital, and social media plans. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans in collaboration with manufacturer funding, resources, and goals.

You will manage social media channels, create content, and provide analytical reporting, while performing other duties for the Marketing Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, social media, or communications; or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background in agriculture preferred
• Comfortable being in front and behind camera
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products preferred, not required
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications preferred, not required
• Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Reliable source of transportation
