Job summary

West Hills Tractor, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair tractors, hay tools, and light construction equipment.

You will maintain product knowledge for brands like New Holland and Case IH, perform field diagnostics, and prepare required reports. You will ensure warranty repairs are accurately diagnosed and documented, work closely with customers for optimal ownership experience, and fulfill duties as directed by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman.

Qualifications

• Certificate or degree from college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training as pertains to Ag Diesel Mechanics & Systems
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
• Own a variety of tools to perform repairs
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Reliable source of transportation
