Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in support of campaigns, CRM, recruitment, and brand initiatives. You will collaborate with creatives, digital gurus, and strategists to develop content, deploy campaigns, and drive demand generation across channels.

You will manage email programs in HubSpot, optimize messaging, and analyze performance to improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, or equivalent.
  • Experienced in B2B Email Programs.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Keen understanding of social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound leads from website, campaigns, webinars, events, and other digital channels.
  • Review and qualify inbound inquiries for PSI's target customer profile.
  • Evaluate lead quality and when to handoff to Business Development Directors.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing-Sales communications.
  • Manage and support lead nurture workflows within HubSpot.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns supporting demand generation and events.
  • Assist with email strategy, messaging, setup, testing, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with design resources to develop email assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report email campaign performance with optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate data within HubSpot and CRM systems.
  • Upload/manage lead lists from webinars/conferences while ensuring quality.
  • Process unsubscribe requests and maintain CRM data.
  • Support ongoing HubSpot administration.
  • Develop campaign performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and leverage market research to improve targeting.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and process automation.

Job Description

The PSI Marketing team is looking for a dynamic team player with experience and passion for all things digital marketing, social media, and company culture. Working with our team of creatives, digital gurus, and strategists, this role will serve an essential part in developing content, deploying campaigns, and supporting our efforts in sales, CRM, recruitment, and company branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inbound leads from the company website, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other digital channels.
  • Review and qualify inbound inquiries to determine alignment with PSI's target customer profile.
  • Evaluate lead quality and determine when leads are ready for handoff to Business Development Directors.
  • Partner closely with Business Development and ongoing communication between Marketing and Sales.
  • Manage and support lead nurture workflows within HubSpot
  • Execute email marketing campaigns supporting demand generation, conferences, webinars, content marketing, and lead nurture initiatives.
  • Assist with overall email strategy, including messaging, copywriting, campaign setup, testing, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with internal design resources to develop email assets or create basic designs as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date data within HubSpot
  • Upload and manage lead lists from webinars, conferences, third-party vendors, and other external sources while ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Process and manage unsubscribe requests and maintain CRM data.
  • Support ongoing HubSpot administration
  • Develop campaign performance reports and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage third-party market research to improve audience targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and automation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experienced in B2B Email Programs
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Keen understanding of social media trends, tools, and technologies
