Job Description

In this role, you will join our Marketing Solutions Center (MSC) to provide consistent marketing support that aligns with business line goals. You’ll assist clients in selecting effective marketing resources, identify solutions using existing materials, and develop strategies that drive optimal results while ensuring compliance and fostering teamwork. When marketing needs arise that require new materials or specialized solutions, you will communicate directly with dedicated marketing teams to facilitate the creation of these resources if needed. Additionally, you may customize and adapt existing marketing materials tailoring them to specific client needs, ensuring that every solution is both effective and aligned with organizational standards.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years of experience in marketing industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant
  • Ability to work independently and have proven ability to complete projects on target, on time, and on budget
  • Capable to fully manage, and sometimes lead, projects as outlined by leadership team in support of company goals
  • Able to adapt based on data/research and learnings from prior campaigns
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
  • Experience in Adobe Workfront is a plus
Schedule & Location

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or Norte días por semana and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
