SoTalent is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support North America B2B marketing initiatives, planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital campaigns to generate demand and drive revenue growth.

The role covers paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and campaign analytics with a hands-on, data-driven approach. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, with collaboration across marketing teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4 years in marketing with emphasis on digital media, email marketing, and automation.
  • Hands-on in managing paid digital media campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficiency with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube.
  • Experience setting up, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage internal/external stakeholders and timelines.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of integrated digital campaigns aligned to priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, content coordination, approvals, and measurement.
  • Plan and optimize paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analyze campaign performance, trends, audience insights, and competition.
  • Research keywords, audiences, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Manage digital ad budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and ROI metrics for campaigns.
  • Support demand generation, lead nurturing, and funnel acceleration.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation teams on email campaigns and workflows.
  • Assist lead scoring models and automated sales alerts.
  • Coordinate content and collateral across campaigns and channels.
  • Partner with internal/external teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement via testing and data.

Digital Marketing Specialist

A leading global consumer products organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support B2B marketing initiatives across North America. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital campaigns designed to generate demand, accelerate the sales funnel, and drive revenue growth.

The position is well suited to a hands-on digital marketing professional with experience across paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including content coordination, project management, approvals, and performance measurement.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Research keywords, target audiences, and market trends to inform campaign strategy.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and develop bid strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, performance benchmarks, and ROI metrics.
  • Support demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel acceleration, and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation teams to develop email campaigns, lead-generation forms, nurture journeys, and automated workflows.
  • Assist with the development of lead scoring models and automated sales alerts.
  • Coordinate content and marketing collateral across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, external agencies, creative teams, and technology providers to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and data-driven optimization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid digital media campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Experience setting up, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting B2B demand-generation initiatives.
  • Experience working across indirect or distribution sales channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer journey development.
  • Experience working in a large, multi-channel marketing environment.
