Job summary

Electro-Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Marketing Services & Events Coordinator in Bristol, VA to execute trade shows, customer events, and internal marketing services. You will partner with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials, events, and collateral across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes logistics, literature fulfillment, and data-driven marketing operations. A Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years in data/BI-related roles is expected, with some travel for on-site events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, or related roles.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines in production.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, views, and data transformations.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture best practices.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, middleware, APIs, and data migration methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of data quality frameworks, monitoring, and validation processes.
• Experience implementing data governance, metadata management, and master data practices.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance considerations related to enterprise data.
• Experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, private equity-backed, or multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade show logistics.
• Manage event registrations and exhibitor requirements.
• Coordinate booth shipping, setup, and teardown logistics.
• Manage event schedules, vendor relationships, and supporting documentation.
• Order promotional items and maintain event inventory.
• Support on-site event execution as required (some travel).
• Maintain marketing literature inventory.
• Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials.
• Manage distribution and fulfillment of sales collateral.
• Support departmental budgeting and purchase tracking as assigned.
• Maintain inventory levels for frequently used documents and collateral.
• Support fulfillment of product literature for manufacturing locations.
• Maintain marketing item inventories and records.
• Coordinate departmental logistics and scheduling support.
• Assist with project tracking and execution.
• Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows.
• Fulfill requests for sales collateral and event materials.
