Job summary

Hiebing is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing Science to lead advanced analytics, AI applications, and marketing automation for multiple client accounts. You will guide a team of analysts, translate complex data into strategic recommendations, and drive measurable improvements in campaign performance while maintaining rigorous forecasting and governance.

You will mentor the team, shape client discussions, and collaborate across strategy, creative, media, CRM, and technology to deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in marketing analytics or data science with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to translate data into business impact.
• Strong skills in statistics, ML, AI applications, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and related tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and BI/visualization tools.
• Experience in an agency or fast-paced client-service environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts and data practitioners, setting expectations and coaching.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing science strategy aligned with client goals.
• Translate analytics into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and apply ML/AI solutions for targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
