Job summary

Jimcor Agencies is seeking an energetic entry level Marketing Representative as part of a 24-month training and development program to prepare you for a sales career in insurance. You will gain hands-on sales training, insurance education, and a plan to increase submissions, quotes and premium through web and phone quoting systems.

You will spend 80% of your time in the field visiting customers with a hybrid schedule at the Montvale, NJ office (Tuesdays, Thursdays) and some remote work; travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 20 sales calls a week to demonstrate web and phone quoting capabilities.
• Follow up with customers to identify additional opportunities.
• Prospect and arrange meetings with potential new customers.
• Identify key contacts to ensure we engage the right decision makers.
• Review web activity to spot trends and address them.
• Attend two-week insurance bootcamp and two-day annual sales conference in Wayne, PA.
