An insurance wholesaler is seeking an energetic entry-level Marketing Representative for a 24-month training and development program. The role involves conducting sales calls, building relationships with customers, and pursuing continuing education in insurance. Compensation includes a salary between $40k–$45k plus comprehensive benefits. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with field visits 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 20 sales calls a week to demonstrate quoting capabilities.
• Timely follow up with customers and prospects.
• Systematically prospect and arrange meetings with potential new customers.
• Identify and establish relationships with key contacts in retail operations.
• Review web activity trends and address them.
• Discuss strategy with Regional Sales Manager.
• Pursue continuing education and insurance designations.
