Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG, Missouri-based, is seeking a Marketing Representative to boost brand awareness and educate clients about SERVPRO benefits. You’ll be on the front lines, turning conversations into opportunities and helping communities recover after disasters.

You will meet new people, conduct daily marketing calls with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders, participate in events, and use CRM tools to track leads and revenue growth, all while pursuing sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, CE classes, and lunch-and-learns.
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track lead activity and opportunities.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory.
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
