Your communication skills and commitment to exceptional service will enhance guest experiences and support marketing initiatives. The role requires overseeing event setups and responding to guest inquiries while ensuring smooth promotional processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or five years equivalent in professional experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on all promotional systems.
• Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer all customer inquiries.
• Record customer information within the program database.
• Troubleshoot issues guests may have at promotional kiosks.

The Marketing Representative for Special Events plays a key role in promoting the Live! brand by serving as an engaging and knowledgeable presence at events, campaigns, and community activations. Your ability to connect with guests, share information confidently, and represent our offerings with professionalism helps strengthen brand awareness and drives interest in our products and services. In this dynamic entry‑level role, your enthusiasm, communication skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service directly contribute to meaningful guest interactions and the overall success of our marketing and promotional initiatives.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Complete training on all promotional systems as directed by supervisor
• Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer all customer inquiries
• Responsible for promotional inventory day of execution
• Record customer information within the program database
• Ensure that all items given to guests have been properly redeemed and accounted for on their players accounts using gaming system
• Assist and troubleshoot any issues guests may have at promotional kiosks during a promotion
• Give detailed report to supervisor on strengths and opportunities that took place during the event/promotion
• Ensure all marketing programs are successful from beginning to end
• Offer support and solutions to guests in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as assigned

Must-Haves

• High School Diploma or five years equivalent in professional experience required.

• Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
