Job summary

Alta Environmental & Infrastructure (Alta E&I) seeks a Marketing & Proposal Specialist to lead its marketing, SOQs, and business development for 250+ professionals across five service lines in Arizona. The role owns proposals, prequalification, brand standards, collateral, and BD infrastructure, partnering with principals, service leaders, staff, HR, and safety.

You’ll build templates, track pursuits, coordinate with subconsultants, and ensure compliant, compelling submissions while advancing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing, proposal, or business development experience in the AEC industry or a comparable professional services environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process: opportunity identification, go/no-go evaluation, kickoff, content development, production, quality review, and on-time submission
