Pond is seeking an experienced Marketing / Proposal Coordinator IIIto join our Life Science and Advanced Manufacturing team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.This position supports proposal development, business development, communications, conferences, and marketing initiatives for clients in highly technical and rapidly evolving industries. The successful candidate will bring strong writing, editing, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate work across a collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead assigned marketing and proposal initiatives from kickoff through completion, including establishing next steps, coordinating contributors, tracking deadlines, resolving open items, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Develop, edit, and format proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, presentations, and marketing collateral while supporting consistent brand standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized marketing information, including resumes, project data, CRM records, and other business development resources.
- Support conferences, trade shows, awards, client events, and other promotional activities, including logistics and communications with internal teams and external partners.
- Create and update content for websites, social media, and other digital tools, including data entry and uploads.
- Collaborate with technical staff, marketing team members, vendors, subconsultants, and teaming partners to support business development goals.
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, assisting with training, and staying current with marketing practices and industry trends.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of relevant marketing or A/E/C experience. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience developing and submitting proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other professional marketing materials; experience with SF330 packages is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including excellent experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and project coordination skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent assignments, maintain momentum, follow through on commitments, and complete high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
- A positive, self-motivated approach and an interest in continued professional growth. Occasional travel and work outside typical business hours may be required.
