Qualifications

• Two+ years marketing experience or related content creation experience.
• Familiarity with FDOT and Florida entities.
• Experience with traditional and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of CMS and CRM tools.
• Experience in design and email software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of RFP/RFQ responses and presentations.
• Review RFP/RFQ and client's needs.
• Prepare outline of criteria and responsibilities.
• Assign deadlines and monitor progress.
• Produce proposal content that meets client criteria.
• Lead quality review meetings.
• Research clients, prospects, and competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities from bid lists and market research.
• Track opportunity data and coordinate with staff.
• Coordinate editing of marketing documents and website content.
• Support marketing and business development activities.
