Job summary

You will help improve marketing workflows, schedule kickoff meetings, monitor timelines, and maintain project documentation while collaborating with Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related field, or relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Marketing and/or Project Management
• Effective time management and organizational skills to successfully prioritize multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Basecamp is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing project requests.
• Manage the intake and organization of marketing requests through Basecamp.
• Review incoming requests to ensure required information, assets, objectives, and timelines are provided.
• Follow up with requestors to gather missing information and clarify project requirements.
• Create and maintain projects, tasks, timelines, and relevant information in Basecamp.
• Schedule and coordinate project kickoff meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding information, approvals, or deliverables.
• Maintain ongoing report of current marketing projects and status for leadership review.
• Identify potential delays or scheduling conflicts and communicate them to leadership.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records in Marketing file systems.
• Assist with general administrative activities within marketing.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and project intake.
