Husqvarna is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to streamline project intake and coordination across Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Technology. You will manage Basecamp work requests, timelines, and documentation, driving efficiency and timely delivery.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, maintain project records, and help improve marketing workflows through proactive communication and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Project Management.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Marketing and/or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing project requests.
• Manage the intake and organization of marketing requests through Basecamp.
• Create and maintain projects, tasks, timelines, and relevant information in Basecamp.
• Schedule and coordinate project kickoff meetings as needed.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding information, approvals, or deliverables.
