Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide project coordination, organizational and operational support for college-wide marketing initiatives. This role works with the Regional Marketing Director and internal teams to translate plans into action by managing resources, timelines and deliverables.

Ideal candidates are organized, creative multitaskers who can meet tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, PR, or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Experience overseeing a professional social media account.
• Experience coordinating external vendor relationships, timelines and deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day and long-term project support to the Regional Marketing Director across campus, market and institutional initiatives.
• Coordinate information, resources and deliverables as needed.
• Schedule project meetings, agendas, action items and follow-up.
• Maintain organized project plans, files and shared resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide regular project updates and identify delays or resource needs for review.
• Support multiple projects while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate development, revision, printing and distribution of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and external partners on initiatives.
• Gather content for social media, newsletters, blogs and PR.
• Plan and schedule organic campus and alumni content; assist with social media plans.
