Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, or similar field.
• 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with graphic design apps (Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, meetings and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day and long-term project support across campus marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate development, revision, printing and distribution of marketing materials.
• Gather content for social media, newsletters, blogs and PR for campus initiatives.
• Plan and support campus events, promotions and logistics.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of projects.
