Commercial Recreation Specialists is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to keep our marketing and events engine running smoothly. You’ll translate strategy into organized, on-time execution by owning the team’s workflow, coordinating partners, and managing a busy trade show schedule.

Based onsite in Verona, you’ll lead weekly status rhythms, optimize monday.com boards, and ensure seamless vendor and logistics coordination from registration to post-show follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, marketing ops, event management, or coordinating roles.
• Hands-on monday.com administration and workflow buildout.
• Trade show execution experience with strong organization across deadlines.
• Clear, proactive communication with sales, leaders, and vendors.
• Comfort with logistics, inventory, and occasional lifting; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Start onsite in Verona by checking priorities in monday.com.
• Connect with teammates to align on what’s moving, what’s blocked, and what needs quick decisions.
• Vendor check-ins, reviewing agreements for upcoming shows, or confirming travel and exhibitor deadlines.
• Some afternoons spent in the warehouse verifying booth items are ready to ship.
• Tighten timelines and update stakeholders so there are no surprises; manage last-mile coordination as events approach.
