Commercial Recreation Specialists is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to keep our marketing and events engine running smoothly. You’ll turn strategy into organized, on-time execution by owning the team’s workflow, coordinating partners, and managing a busy trade show schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, marketing ops, event management, or a coordination-heavy role.
• Hands-on monday.com administration and workflow buildout.
• Trade show/event execution experience with strong organization across deadlines.
• Clear, proactive communication with sales, leaders, and vendors.
• Comfort with logistics, inventory, and occasional lifting; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing intake through delivery and track progress.
• Lead weekly status rhythms and reporting.
• Administer and improve monday.com boards, automations, dashboards, standards, training.
• Plan and execute trade shows from registration to post-show follow-up.
• Coordinate booth materials, shipping, and warehouse inventory; negotiate contracts with associations, vendors, and media partners.
