Summary: We are is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead marketing initiatives for the agriculture industry. This is a hybrid position in St. Louis, MO, and is ideal for an expert-level professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning to execution, ensuring brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement.

Duration: 08/25/2025 to 08/23/2026 (12 months)
Pay Rate: Up to $38 to $40 an hr
Work Model: Hybrid (St. Louis, MO)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, including product launches, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure timely and aligned project execution.
Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the development of marketing materials and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in marketing project management, with a strong understanding of agricultural markets and customer segments.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
