Hybrid On-Site (1-3 days/week in office)

Candidates local to St. Louis, Missouri only please

Rate: 65-70/hr. with benefits/PTO

Senior Project Manager that can provide oversight and run independently

Experiencee with HR, Workday, and Oversight of Application Data Retention implementations is needed

Required:

• Highly advanced project management skills. Demonstrates ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility, gain understanding, schedule resources, and manage budget to plan
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received by the customer
• Expert ability to translate business needs and problems into systems’ design and technical solutions
• Ability to lead, facilitate and drive to decisions with Executive Management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of broad business and finance related practices.
• Advanced ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and/or sub-teams simultaneously, including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility.
• Previous experience managing large international/global projects. Effectively managed projects leading Virtual teams.

Preferred:

• PMO and/or portfolio management experience
• PMP, FLMI, Client, or AIAA
• Project Web Access (PWA.....an MS Project tool)
• Application Development for Finance functional area or Finance background

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in project management, resource management, programming, or systems analysis
