Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager with a strong focus on planning, execution, and strategic initiative management within AEC and Corporate Marketing domains. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects from inception to completion, and drive operational enhancements. Your role will demand excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key teams across AEC and Corporate Marketing to deliver project goals.
• Develop strategic project plans, manage project budgets, and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Identify requirements from cross-functional and external teams, while managing project risks and opportunities.
• Enhance team execution and project management processes, maintain clear activity reports.
• Support Marketing PMO initiatives by refining processes, governance, and standards.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Industry Experience:

Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) and Corporate Marketing is highly desirable.
