We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the Brand team in executing projects across creative, experiential, social, and merchandising workstreams for HYH America. This role is the operational backbone of the brand organization — responsible for cross-functional traffic management, ensuring that projects move smoothly from brief to delivery, deadlines are met, and stakeholders stay aligned at every stage.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with an understanding of creative development processes. This individual will build and maintain project timelines, manage intake and prioritization, coordinate reviews and approvals, and keep internal teams and external partners on schedule and on scope.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in enabling the Marketing Brand team to deliver high-quality creative work efficiently, consistently, and on time.
ROLES&RESPONSIBILITES
1. Project Planning & Timeline Management
- Build, own, and maintain project timelines across creative, experiential, social, and merchandising workstreams
- Define project scopes, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in partnership with the Brand Director and Brand Identity Manager
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts, and recommend solutions before deadlines slip
- Communicate schedule changes and status updates clearly to all stakeholders
2. Cross-Functional Traffic Management
- Serve as the central traffic hub for all brand projects, routing briefs, assets, feedback, and approvals between teams
- Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Digital teams to keep deliverables moving
- Manage creative review cycles, consolidate feedback, and ensure revisions are tracked and closed out
- Maintain visibility into all active projects and provide regular status reporting to leadership
3. Creative & Production Workflow Support
- Manage intake of new project requests and support prioritization against team capacity
- Ensure briefs are complete and approved before work begins
- Track asset development from concept through final delivery, including versioning and file handoff
- Support production readiness for packaging, print, digital, and experiential deliverables
4. External Partner Coordination
- Work cross functionally with corresponding managers and directors to track vendor deliverables, timelines, and deadlines against agreed scopes
5. Process & Tools Management
- Own and administer project management and communication tools (e.g., Monday.com, Dropbox, Slack, etc.), including workspace setup, templates, and task hygiene
- Establish and continuously improve workflows, intake forms, and review processes
- Maintain organized project documentation, asset trackers, and archives
- Champion adoption of PM tools and processes across the Brand team

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, Design Management, or related field preferred)
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification a plus
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably supporting creative, brand, or marketing teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams
- Experience with creative development workflows (briefing, design review, production handoff)
- Hands-on experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar) required
- Experience within CPG, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, Retail, or Consumer Brands preferred
- Experience coordinating with external agencies and production vendors preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritization instincts in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, proactive communicator across all levels of the organization
- Ability to hold teams accountable to deadlines with diplomacy and follow-through
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Working understanding of creative and production processes (design, print, digital, experiential)
- Problem-solving mindset — anticipates issues rather than reacting to them
Preferred
- Experience supporting brand launches or new market entries
- Familiarity with retail/merchandising timelines and experiential event production
- Experience working in both U.S. and global brand environments
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position and operate office equipment for a prolonged period of time
- Physical activities include, but are not limited to, constant manual dexterity, moving about the work site, and/or handling objects weighing up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to work in a schedule that commensurate with business operation, including work during weekends, holidays and/or times outside of normal business hours
- Must be able to travel as business necessitates (up to 25% travel)
COMPENSATION
- Base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
