We’re working with a client seeking a Marketing Project Manager with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset. In this opportunity, you’ll play a key role managing timelines, approvals, and collaboration across marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns and materials.

Note: Open to W2 contractors only.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from intake to final approval, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery
• Coordinate review cycles across creative, compliance, and internal stakeholders
• Track and update project schedules, status reports, and feedback workflows
• Review new requests to ensure clarity, assign to appropriate teams, and flag potential issues early
• Monitor progress and deadlines, escalating risks and resolving blockers
• Handle quality checks and route materials through compliance and legal teams for approval
• Maintain documentation and meeting schedules, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years supporting marketing teams in a project or coordination capacity
• Experience using workflow or project management tools such as Workfront or similar
• Strong understanding of approval processes, including collaboration with compliance or legal
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
