Overview:

Client Services acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients, building trust by understanding our clients' objectives and designing solutions that accelerate those goals through our capabilities in marketing, technology, data, and design.

The Project Manager supports small to medium-sized accounts, working closely with Program Directors on larger accounts. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary contact for projects, managing expectations and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Support small to medium projects or assist Program Directors on larger ones.
  • Lead client kick-offs and project planning sessions.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, and stand-ups.
  • Develop project schedules, maintain project status, and ensure systems are up to date.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support timelines and deliverables for growth initiatives.
  • Align internal teams on client expectations.
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within scope.
  • Address potential client concerns and involve leadership to resolve risks.
  • Handle additional duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital agencies or related fields, managing interactive projects and client work.
  • Excellent communication skills across various formats and contexts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Familiarity with web development, UX/UI design processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during projects.
  • Developing financial acumen and business insights.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

  • Frequent sitting at a desk working on a computer.

Compensation Range:

$85,000 - $100,000 annually. Final compensation is determined after the interview process based on demonstrated skills and competencies.
