Job description

Manage pre/post event logistics for a world leader in business consulting with alliance partners

  • Coordinate event logistics and content (incl. sponsorship, internal and external communications, session content development with SMEs, onsite experience design)
  • Plan, execute, and support integrated marketing campaign tactics across a mix of marketing efforts
  • Manage assets/content related to website pages
  • Manage development of thought leadership and case studies
  • Develop collateral materials and presentations leveraging existing content and working with internal teams
  • Email marketing support for nurture and event-related campaigns
  • Develop client-services relationships across internal client leaders and alliance partners
  • REQUIRED: Experience with in-person/virtual events and managing related logistics
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
  • Experience working in a large corporate marketing environment is required; Fortune 1000, tech, software, and/or alliances are strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects, developing schedules, effectively communicating status updates, and keeping projects and documents organized
  • Skilled at collaborating and building relationships with high-level marketers partnering on high-quality marketing deliverables
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on the details of hands-on delivery of webinars, seminars, sales conferences, and vendor conferences
