Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Demand Management Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 to work on-site across Chicago, IL; Southfield, MI; and Grand Rapids, MI. You will support marketing campaigns, streamline project workflows, and coordinate kickoff meetings with internal teams and external vendors.

The role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, project management, and campaign analytics, with exposure to multiple marketing disciplines and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in AI and its application in marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and projects with internal teams and vendors.
• Help manage project workflows, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and status.
• Plan and coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, and campaign activities.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines, identify risks, keep projects on track.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement in marketing.
• Assist with campaign tracking and attribution, including UTM creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing disciplines.
