• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

• Create, modify, and improve display concepts with Product Developers.
• Design, build, and test prototypes meeting customer requirements.
• Support production teams in development stages.
• Operate shop equipment safely under direction of Product Developers.
• Learn The Bernard Group's display manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, innovation, and quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
