Job summary

The Bernard Group is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in Chanhassen, MN for an Intern, Project Manager, Marketing on Demand. The role supports Project Managers in client MOD sites, learning project planning, client communication and the print/tech industry, with on-site work Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

You must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• coursework or experience in project management, customer service, print or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new software and systems such as Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in managing client MOD sites and tracking orders.
• Prepare client communications and coordinate routine updates with supervision.
• Assist with product catalog and site setup, entering specs and proofs.
• Collaborate with Production and Estimating teams to request quotes and relay info.
• Update project plans, trackers and tickets and flag risks early.
• Shadow Project Managers on client calls and internal meetings to learn scope and launch.
• Complete a short project and present it to the team near internship end.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
