Job summary

Brandbutter, part of CENTRO, is hiring a Marketing Project Lead for a fully remote marketing cell. You will own the marketing vision and roadmap, lead designers and social media managers, and personally contribute to strategy, campaigns, copy, ads, and AI-driven workflows.

You will report to the Director of Marketing. The role is remote with national scope and a strong emphasis on autonomy, results, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years leading a team.
• Hands-on track record: wrote, built, launched and optimised campaigns.
• Experience building marketing strategies and roadmaps across multiple brands or audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and marketing strategy for each brand in your cell.
• Build and run the marketing roadmap with quarterly OKRs and clear ownership.
• Execute hands-on: write briefs, copy, campaigns, landing pages and reports.
