Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive marketing and sales enablement initiatives across the Acosta Group enterprise. You will work with senior commercial marketing leaders to develop content, support strategic initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This role emphasizes strong writing, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive communication, with day-to-day use of Monday.com and Highspot to manage workflows and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in marketing with strong project management experience.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple divisions.
• Strong writing and copyediting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials such as presentations, sell sheets, case studies, and capability overviews.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing projects from intake to delivery in a matrixed org.
• Maintain and optimize content in Highspot and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
