You will oversee intake, planning, coordination, and on-time delivery while partnering with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and manage timelines and scope. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience; 6 years preferred in Fortune 500 setting.
• Experience in multi-channel marketing and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects and deliverables from intake through completion, ensuring timelines and scope are clearly defined.
• Coordinate with marketing stakeholders, creative teams, and cross-functional partners to plan and prioritize work across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task tracking to provide visibility into progress and delivery status.
• Facilitate project intake, kickoff, and status meetings to ensure alignment on objectives, roles, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and impacts; communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain consistent processes and tools to improve efficiency and transparency in marketing delivery.
• Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of promotions and campaigns from concept to finished product.
• Assist with research and analysis activities such as web metrics and competitive monitoring.
