Job summary

Westwing is seeking a (Senior) Commercial Producer to manage end-to-end campaign productions within our Marketing team in Munich. You’ll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and uphold premium quality across brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and external partners, coordinate production schedules, and drive innovative production practices, including exploring AI-driven tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production management within a production company, agency, or comparable in-house environment.
• Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from briefing to final delivery.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities with strong PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end productions from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate project setups, production schedules, post-production, multi-channel asset delivery, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and external partners to realise concepts while ensuring feasibility.
• Provide production expertise, talent research, supplier recommendations, and feasibility checks.
• Drive seamless execution across the full production lifecycle and adopt AI-driven production solutions.
